Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Moyer

Laney Williams


Ms. Brendle Moyer is one of the current CHS chemistry teachers. She has been at CHS for four years, which is her entire teaching career.


Ms. Moyer is a vital part of the CHS community, as she sponsors a variety of school clubs and organizations, including GEMS, Beta Club, and Science Club.


Due to her dedication to the school, she has created many memories and relationships. Her favorite memory of her time spent at CHS has been watching the first group of students she ever taught graduate high school last spring.


Ms. Moyer said the highlight of teaching has been, “Seeing the growth and development of my students.”


A current student of hers, Leah Woods (10) states, “Ms. Moyer has a great personality, and provides her students with a positive learning environment that makes it fun to learn!”


Ms. Moyer spent time furthering her education at Auburn and CSU.


Over her time at CHS, Ms. Moyer has positively impacted many students' high school experience.
