Last Friday, students at Columbus High were able to release their exhaustion from Final Exams during the week by competing in intense competitions on the CHS baseball field as part of the inaugural "Devil Derby" field day.
CHS sophomore Alex Wilkes stated, "I really felt like this was a great experience, and I look forward to doing it again next year. It was a great opportunity to have some fun after exams!"
Freshman homerooms competed against sophomore homerooms, and junior homerooms competed against senior homerooms in events such as bag running, relay racing, and numerous obstacle courses across the CHS baseball field.
